All four parks sit within 1.5 miles of each other. Parks A & B are just east of Paris in Blossom, off HWY 82; Parks C & D are in Paris, off Pine Mill Rd.

Veteran owned & operated
Live Oaks is run by owner Zac Simons, a proud veteran, with his mom Marsha as park coordinator. She helps run the parks and is often the friendly voice who answers when you call. All military, active duty and veterans, get $25/month off monthly sites.
Also available: our guest house
We also rent a private guest house (Airbnb). Guests enjoy a quiet country stay on their own — you won't see the RV parks from the house, so it feels like you have the place to yourself. Nightly and monthly stays are welcome.
