About Paris Live Oaks RV Parks – Veteran Owned

Welcome to Live Oaks RV Park, where tranquility meets convenience in Paris, Texas. Owner and operator Zac Simons is a proud veteran committed to creating a welcoming home away from home for travelers and permanent residents alike.

Spread across 15 acres, our four parks (A, B, C and D) are all within 1.5 miles of each other, so you can pick the setting that suits you: a peaceful retreat, a base for exploring Paris, or a permanent RV home.

As a veteran-owned business, we proudly support those who have served, with $25/month off monthly sites for all military, active duty and veterans.

Zac's mom, Marsha, moved to Paris from Seattle, WA in 2023 to take on the role of park coordinator, rose bush extraordinaire and favorite human of every RV park dog. You'll notice her tiny home as you pull in: she lives on site full time and partners with Zac to make sure everyone has a great stay.

Marsha helps Zac run the parks day to day, and she's usually the one who answers the phone, so when you call, you'll likely be talking with her.
