FAQ

What are your rates?: $35/night and $200/week, electricity included. Monthly sites are $325–$375/month depending on the park ($200 electricity deposit).
Do you offer storage?: Yes, for park guests only: $60/month, 5 spaces. All spaces are currently full; we'll let guests know when one opens.
Do you have 50 amp?: Yes, 30 or 50 amp service is available.
Are pets allowed?: Up to two pets at the manager's discretion. No aggressive breeds.
Which park fits a big rig?: Park D has five pull-thru sites at the back that fit all sizes; Park B also has large back-in sites that can fit any length. Parks A and C are back-in, max 45 ft.
What are check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is 11:00 am and check-out is 11:00 am.
Can I get mail and packages?: Mail can be delivered to each park's address. The post office won't deliver packages to the parks, so residents' packages go to our house. Ask us and we'll text you that address.
Do you have a house for rent?: Yes. Our private guest house is available as an Airbnb — a quiet country stay where you won't see the RV parks. Nightly and monthly stays are welcome. See the house.
Do you offer a military discount?: Yes. All military, active duty and veterans, get $25/month off monthly sites.

Site rules

Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Please respect each guest's privacy by not walking through occupied sites. This RV park is a community, and we all do our part for a peaceful, safe and enjoyable environment.

Guests only: For everyone's safety and security, the parks are for registered guests and their visitors. Please don't drive through the parks if you aren't staying with us.

Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Fighting, bullying and lewd actions will not be tolerated and can lead to removal without reimbursement.

Rent policy

All rent is due on the 1st of the month.
Rent not received by the 5th day after the due date is late and subject to a $25 late fee.
Rent not received 8 days after the due date is subject to an additional $50 late fee.
Rent not received by 10 days after the due date is subject to termination of utilities and possible eviction. Failure to vacate may result in termination of utilities and removal from the property in accordance with applicable law.
Returned checks are charged $50, and future rent must then be paid in certified funds.

Trash

Parks A & B: dumpster at the back of Park A next to the laundry. Parks C & D: dumpster at the front of Park D by the laundry.
No littering or cigarette butts on the grounds; smoking only on your rented lot.
Bag trash and use the park dumpsters, not the restrooms or laundry.
Don't leave trash outside overnight (wildlife). Trash violations are subject to a $25 fine.
Don't leave glass containers outside unattended.
